Returns Policy

In accordance with the provisions of article 4 paragraph 10 of Law 2251/1994 (Government Gazette 191 A/November 16, 1994) and in conjunction with the Joint Ministerial Decision (K.Y.A.Z1-891/30.8.2013), the a consumer has the right to withdraw without reason from the remote purchase of a product, within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days. In this context, within 14 days, from the date of receipt, you have the option of returning the purchased products only if they are in exactly the same condition in which they were received, i.e. intact and in excellent condition, with the original packaging and provided that they are accompanied by all necessary documents proving your transaction.

The costs for returning the products via post or other means of transport to the company's premises are not covered by the company and are entirely borne by the customer. It is pointed out that the responsibility for loss, damage or destruction of the product lies with the customer until the product is received by the company.

For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the period of (14) calendar days starts from the day the customer acquires physical possession of the goods or from the day the consumer acquires physical possession of the last good in the case of several ordered in one order.
